Due to the digital nature of our products at NewFortune.AI, all sales of our applications and services are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

Gift Cards
- Non-Refundable: All gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash, or returned, except as required by law.
- Expiration: Gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time for purchases on NewFortune.AI.
- Responsibility: Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Please treat your gift card like cash.
- Usage: Gift cards can only be redeemed for products and services available on NewFortune.AI and cannot be used for other purposes.
Exceptions:
We may issue refunds in the following cases:
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the purchased product due to a technical problem on our end that cannot be resolved.
- Incorrect Billing: If you were incorrectly charged or billed multiple times for the same purchase.
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions above, please contact us at the email below within 3 days of your purchase. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
